Prinzipiell nimmt man das noch in Kauf weil die Qualität stimmt aber die Unfreundlichkeit und herablassende Art der Angestellten ist (teilweise) nicht zu überbieten. Great products, only the price is something very high. In principle, you still accept that because the quality is right, but the unfriendliness and condescending nature of the employees is (partly) unbeatable.

Die Location besticht durch die schöne Lage am Teich inklusive dem herrlichen Café und dem Gesamtkonzept an gutem Geschmack für schöne Dinge! Ein absolutes Muss für jeden der Design und Architektur liebt. Nebenbei wie oben genannt tolle Patisserie und guter Kaffee. Exceptionally beautiful! The location impresses with the beautiful location on the pond including the wonderful café and the overall concept of good taste for beautiful things! An absolute must for everyone who loves design and architecture. Incidentally, as mentioned above, great patisserie and good coffee.

B	B H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage am Hilmteich ist ein Traum! Das Geschäft ist immer sehr schön dekoriert- vor allem zu Weihnachten. Die Preise sind teilweise sehr hoch angesetzt, dafür findet man aber auch immer etwas Außergewöhnliches. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das einzige, das gar nicht geht, ist das WC! Passt überhaupt nicht zum Rest: alt, teilweise kaputt, riecht - raus damit. Dann stimmt das Gesamtkonzept. The location on Hilnteich is a dream! The shop is always very nicely decorated, especially at Christmas. The prices are sometimes very high, but you can always find something extraordinary. The staff is friendly. The only thing that doesn't work is the toilet! Doesn't go with the rest at all: old, partly broken, smells - out with it. Then the overall concept is right.

Und das war nicht das erste mal so. 2 Sterne wegen der eigentlich guten Auswahl. Es ist schade weil wenig Konkurrenz auf dem Niveau - aber für mich ist der Laden gestorben. This -used- to be a good flower shop. Wait forever, lousy service, no advice. And that wasn't the first time. 2 stars because of the actually good selection. It's a shame because there's not much competition at this level - but for me the place is dead.
