Keine gute Beratung, nur gewinnorientiert! Sometimes you are treated really unfriendly, long waiting times because only 1, max. 2 pharmacists serving customers. Not good advice, just for profit!

Das war jetzt schon das zweite mal! Also das ist eine bodenlose frechheit! Despite being on call, no one can be reached except the mobile box, if you drive there and ring the bell, it's the same! Well unfriendly staff do not take time for questions and the insolent was I was alone there was no employee far and wide you can only hear voices calling for more times they took a good 10 minutes until someone came and then you were still moaned ?? if I didn't have to go I wouldn't go there anymore you just feel uncomfortable ??

Sehr nette und freundliche Beratung durch die anwesende Apothekerin, auch in der Corona- Zeit sehr bemüht, vor allem mit Desinfektionsmitteln und das Abrufen der online- Rezepte. Sehr sachkundiges Team zu allen alternativen Fragen, wie Phytotherapie, Homöopathie, Schüssler Salze, Nahrungsergänzungen, orthomolekularen Fragen. Große Auswahl auch an diesen Produkten oder auch telefonisch oder per Mail schnell bestellbar. Sehr bemüht, in der Organisation nicht verfügbarer PRODUKTE Sehr ansprechender Verkaufsraum, hell frisch, Can't understand these negative posts?! ... Erwachsene und mündige Kunden werden oberlehrerhaft zurechtgewiesen, wie sie sich richtig zu verhalten haben. Es scheint, als ob das Personal sehr viel Angst hat, mit Krankheiten angesteckt zu werden. I	Ines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich hiermit recht herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass Sie eine ausgeschilderte Notapotheke sind und niemand sich die Zeit und Mühe nimmt abzuheben, geschweige denn die Türe zu öffnen. Ich stand vor der Apo und hab mind. 10x angerufen und habe gegen die Scheibe geklopft... Also gut hörbar. Nach 45Minuten gab ich es auf. Ich musste 25km zur nächsten Notapotheke fahren und wurde dort professionell beraten. Danke für nichts!!! I would like to thank you very much that you are a signposted emergency pharmacy and that no one takes the time and effort to take off, let alone open the door. I stood in front of the apo and called at least 10 times and knocked on the window ... So clearly audible. After 45 minutes I gave up. I had to drive 25km to the nearest emergency pharmacy and received professional advice there. Thanks for nothing!!!
L	Lithola “Lithola Retoxa” Retoxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also Frau Mag. Trummer hat wohl ihren Beruf verfehlt. Wie man so inkompetent und unfreundlich sein kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir mussten für die Eltern Gurgeltests abholen und wie das so ist kennen sich ältere Menschen nicht mit der modernen IT aus, daher haben wir sie registriert und wollten den Test abholen aber laut Trummer muss das Handy wo man auf "PCR Test abholen" klickt, mit in der Apotheke sein. Dann wurde diese Dame noch frech und meinte "Ja dann fahren sie halt nach DL in die Apotheke wenn es dort ohne Handy ging". Zusätzlich hat sie die Kundschaft noch angejammert wie arm sie doch sein und wie viel Arbeit sie doch hätte. Naja wenn man überfordert ist, muss man den Beruf nochmals überdenken. Echt eine Frechheit. Kein Wunder dass diese Apotheke so schlechte Bewertungen hat. Einen Stern gibt es da sie samstags bis 12:30 offen haben. So Ms. Mag. Trummer has probably missed her job. How anyone can be so incompetent and rude is beyond me. We had to pick up throat tests for the parents, and as it is, older people are not familiar with modern IT, so we registered them and wanted to pick up the test, but according to Trummer, the mobile phone where you click on "Pick up the PCR test" has to come with you be in the pharmacy. Then this lady got cheeky and said "Yes, then just go to the pharmacy in DL if you could do without a cell phone there". In addition, she whined at the customers how poor they were and how much work they had. Well, if you're overwhelmed, you have to reconsider your job. Really cheeky. No wonder this pharmacy has such bad reviews. There is one star because they are open until 12:30 on Saturdays.

Noch dazu kommt ihre Unfreundlichkeit und falsche Aussagen wie zb. "Wir brauchen das Handy in der Apotheke um beim Abholen der Gurgeltest etwas einzuscannen". Ist eine völlig falsche Information. Bitte überdenken Sie nochmals Ihre Berufswahl. Jetzt verstehe ich die anderen negativen Bewertungen I don't want to lump all pharmacies MA into one pot here, so this rating only applies to Ms. Mag. Trummer. Incompetence seems to be her middle name.
