Wenn man keine Olaplex-Anwendung machen kann soll man's lassen, anstatt die Harre komplett zu zerstören und dann noch mit dem Glätteisen den Rest zu geben, damit der Kunde nicht sieht, dass man einen kompletten Pfusch gebaut hat. Jedoch sagte man bei der Beratung, man wisse was man tue und das man ein Profi sei. Habe danach die Haare komplett abschneiden können (weil sie gummig waren) und bis heute ( nach über einem Jahr ) ist immer noch nicht alles wieder in Ordnung. Preis-Leistung komlette Frechheit. Nicht empfehlenswert! Bad hairdresser. Super freundlich, angenehmes Ambiente! Kann ich nur empfehlen!
