Diese wurden uns allerdings von der Geschäftsführerin so prompt, freundlich, umfassend und vor allem ehrlich beantwortet, dass wir diesen außergewöhnlich positiven ersten Eindruck mit fünf Sternen bewerten möchten. Als Häuslbauer hat man oft genug mit Anbietern aus allen Branchen zu tun, die einem mehr oder weniger ungeniert das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen möchten - umso mehr freut es uns, dass es auch noch Unternehmen gibt, die mit Seriosität punkten und bei denen die kundenorientierte Beratung einen höheren Stellenwert als der eigene Gewinn hat. So far, my husband and I have only sent one request to Lauter GmbH. However, the manager answered us so promptly, friendly, comprehensively and, above all, honestly that we would like to rate this extraordinarily positive first impression with five stars. As a house builder, you often have to deal with providers from all industries who want to draw money out of your pocket more or less openly - all the more we are pleased that there are also companies that score with seriousness and where the customer-oriented Advice is more important than your own profit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Anfrage vom 20.09. bezüglich der Verfliesung eines 11m2 Badezimmers (ca 45 m2 an Fliesen) für den Zeitraum ab November wurde schlußendlich am 29.09 damit beantwortet, dass keine ausreichende Kapazität vorliegt. Man war nicht einmal darum bemüht ein mögliches Zeitfenster zu bestimmen.
My request from 09/20 With regard to the tiling of an 11m2 bathroom (approx. 45 m2 of tiles) for the period from November onwards, the answer was finally on 29.09 that there was insufficient capacity. They didn't even try to determine a possible time window.
