Es gibt die Ausbildung zum Tischler und auch die Möglichkeit zum Landschaftsgärtner. Tolle Möglichkeiten wieder aktiv zu werden. Eibetex is an association where people who are in professional difficulties get back to work. There is the apprenticeship as a carpenter and also the opportunity to become a landscape gardener. Great opportunities to become active again.

Und die Leitung gewillt wäre, Feedback als Chance zu begreifen statt als Angriff, gegen den man sich verteidigen muss. :-( Zur Antwort des Inhabers: das persönliche Gespräch ist bereits in der Bewertung hier berücksichtigt - im 2. Satz. Yes, that WOULD be a good thing ... if the employees had basic people skills. And the management would be willing to see feedback as an opportunity instead of an attack against which one has to defend oneself. :-( To the answer of the owner: the personal conversation is already taken into account in the evaluation here - in the 2nd sentence.
