Ich denke, ich muss die Wichtigkeit dieses Arbeitsprojektes nicht näher erläutern. Salzburg braucht mehr solcher Unternehmen! Bin von dem sozialökonomischen Konzept begeistert ??? Bezalung unter kolektiv vertrag, nur rumschreien von chefs, nix bitte und danke. Kein empfehlenung! Bad management, irresponsible "social association", you are treated like nothing and garbage, no perspective or career opportunity for the future. Paying under collective contract, just shouting around from bosses, nothing please and thank you. No recommendation!

Zum einen ist das Angebot der Laube so wichtig für die psychosoziale Versorgung - es wird hier wirklich viel für die betroffenen Menschen bewirkt! Und zum anderen ist die Laube GmbH als Arbeitgeber sehr flexibel, dort wo es möglich ist. Es gibt für Mitarbeiter viel Raum für Mitsprache, Mitgestaltung und Entwicklung. Sehr oft bekomme ich von Klient*innen Rückmeldungen wie "Wenn es die Laube nicht gäbe, dann wüsste ich nicht, was ich machen sollte" - das sagt eigentlich alles! I've been working at Laube GmbH for 3.5 years and don't want to swap jobs with any other. On the one hand, the offer of the arbor is so important for psychosocial care - a lot is really achieved here for the people affected! On the other hand, Laube GmbH is very flexible as an employer, wherever possible. There is plenty of room for employees to have a say, help shape and develop. Very often I get feedback from clients like "If it weren't for the arbor, I wouldn't know what to do" - that actually says it all!
