Sobald die Installationen verbaut sind, wird auf Mängel nicht mehr reagiert. Auch die Nachbarn (Wohngemeinschaft) kämpfen mit der selben Ignoranz. Woher die anderen (ausschließlich) 5 Sterne Bewertungen herkommen, ist mir unerklärlich. Incredibly unprofessional. The boss himself even gets underhanded when you ask about functions. As soon as the installations are installed, there is no longer any response to defects. The neighbors (shared apartment) also struggle with the same ignorance. Where the other (exclusively) 5 star ratings come from is inexplicable to me.
