Vorher schon x mal den von Simon O selbst gefertigten Artikel in XL bestellt und bekommen. Der Inhaber selbst schreibt hier in den Google Rezensionen: 'Und unsere als Standard angebotenen Größen reichen bis XXXL.' Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders. ? Size XL is no longer produced. Not even at the express (and extra remunerated) customer request. Before that, ordered and received the article in XL made by Simon O x times. The owner himself writes here in the Google reviews: 'And our standard sizes range up to XXXL.' Customer friendliness is different. ?

Die erste Leggings ging nach kurzer Zeit für 6 Monate in Reperatur weil das Packet angeblich nicht ankam. Die zuletzt gekaufte Ware war nach 2 maligem tragen an den Nähten schon löchrig. Hier wurde versucht mir ein Fehlverhalten in die Schuhe zu schieben. Auf meine emails von vor mehreren Mlnaten habe ich bis heute keine Antwort und immer noch 3 Defekte Kleidungsstücke. Aber es ist ja immer der Kunde schuld. Nie wieder Simon o. Hier könnte die Firma noch viel von anderen Firmen und Qualitäten lernen. Viel Luft nach oben! Traurig The customer service is unfortunately extremely bad and rude! The first leggings went for repairs after a short time for 6 months because the package allegedly didn't arrive. The last item I bought had holes in the seams after wearing it twice. Attempts were made to blame me for misconduct. I still have no answer to my emails from several months ago and I still have 3 defective items of clothing. But it's always the customer's fault. Never again Simon o. Here the company could still learn a lot from other companies and qualities. Lots of room for improvement! sad

Das Sortiment ist schön groß, die Lieferzeiten sind akzeptabel bis gut (wenn nicht gerade durch Covid und Brexit Materialengpass herrscht!) Kommunikation ist top, wenn man noch Fragen zu einem Produkt hat und auch wenn man den unwahrscheinlichen Fall einer Reklamation hat, wird schnell und unkompliziert nachgebessert. Für jeden der sich unschlüssig ist, was er auf jeden Fall bei Simon O. kaufen soll, eine Push-Up Leggings ist Pflicht! Have bought a great deal from Simon O. over the past six years. The range is pretty big, the delivery times are acceptable to good (unless there is a material bottleneck due to Covid and Brexit!) Communication is great if you still have questions about a product, and even if you have a complaint in the unlikely event, it is rectified quickly and easily. For anyone who is undecided about what to buy from Simon O., push-up leggings are a must!
D	Daniel Powers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought "Shiny Latex Sweatpants" from Simon-O and was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. I got my sweatpants right around the 8 week point. When I opened them up I was quite dissatisfied. Although they fit perfectly around my waist they were several inches too long. I checked before ordering to see how long the pants would be. The description given by the seller is that the pants would fit a person between 165 and 170 cm. That would mean a person between 5'6" and 5'9". I'm 5'2.5". So the pants should be roughly between 33 inches long and 34.5 inches long. In actuality the pants I received were 48 inches long. That's over a foot longer than the description provided. When I emailed and asked why the pants were so much longer than the description stated I was told I was attacking Simon O. There was no attacking at all and the person on the other end of the email, Manuela handled the situation terribly. Instead of explaining why the pants were so much longer than what the description showed she just lashed out at me. She did offer to make them smaller if I sent them back but after checking the cost of that it was close to $30. Just no worth it. I feel I had a bad experience and likely will not return. The shipping was on time but the customer service is terrible.
