Ich versende im Jahr einige hundert Pakete und muss sagen dass das Service gerade bei der Hollabrunn apost sehr gut ist. Mittlerweile kenne ich den hausbrauch und darf bereits direkt an der Rampe anliefern bzw muss mich oft gar nicht an der langen Schlange anstellen. Für mich als Gewerbetreibender ist das natürlich ein besonderer Pluspunkt und ich kann die Postfiliale in hollabrunn und ihre Mitarbeiter daher sehr weiterempfehlen. I have to do business with the post in hollabrunn because I send my small packages from there. I send several hundred parcels a year and have to say that the service at Hollabrunn apost is very good. In the meantime, I know the household needs and can already deliver directly to the ramp or often don't have to queue at the long line. For me as a trader, this is of course a special plus and I can therefore highly recommend the post office in hollabrunn and its employees.

Ganz grossen Dank und Respekt möchte ich den Herrn von A1 aussprechen. Unkompliziert bemüht sehr freundlich und höflich, ich ge immer gerne zur Post ,weil ich schon beim Eingang mit einem lustigen scherz zum Lyachen gebracht werde?????? I moved from MIstelbach in April. The staff at the post office was very helpful and accommodating. Very much thanks and respect I would like to express the Lord of A1. Straightforward, very friendly and polite, I always like to go to the post office, because I am already brought to the entrance with a funny joke to Lyachen??????

Der Angestellte riecht nach Alkohol bis an den Eingang und schreit um sich, wenn er etwas über fordert ist, oder einen ex Angestellten vermutet. Die restlichen Angestellten drücken sich vor der Arbeit. Der ganze Laden ist meiner Meinung nach noch immer viel zu gut besucht! Rate jedem einen Bogen darum zu machen. Online gibts genauso Beratung, ohne weit fahren zu müssen! Advice was under all sow. The employee smells of alcohol to the entrance and screams when he is a bit over demanding, or suspected a former employee. The rest of the employees are hiding from work. The whole store is in my opinion still too busy! Advise everyone to go for it. Online gives the same advice, without having to drive far!
C	Calvertron Stranging on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Umgang ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Herr aus der Telekom-Abteilung behandelt Kunden wie Abfall, während der Chef sich königlich amüsiert. Ein derart respektloser Umgang ist selbst für die Post ungewöhnlich. Man betritt die Filiale und glaubt, jemand sei verstorben. Die Atmosphäre gleicht einem Friedhof. Aber da die Herren offensichtlich jeden Kunden kennen, scheint das niemanden aufzufallen. Aber wie es eben ist bei großen Firmen, solange die Zahlen passen, dürften wahrscheinlich auch Morddrohungen ausgesprchen werden. Wenn sie dorthin gehen müssen - weil jedes andere Postamt im Umkreis von 30km mittlerweile geschlossen wurde - dann halten sie sich am besten an den Herrn, der meistens links steht. Wären alle Angestellten dort halbwegs so zuvorkommend und freundlich wie dieser Herr, dann wäre das ein sehr gutes Postamt! The handling is an absolute disaster. The gentleman from the telecom department treats customers like garbage while the boss enjoys himself royally. Such disrespectful treatment is unusual even for the post office. You enter the branch and believe someone has died. The atmosphere is like a graveyard. But since the gentlemen obviously know every customer, nobody seems to notice. But just as it is with large companies, as long as the numbers fit, probably also threats of death should be spewed out. If you have to go there - because every other post office within 30km has been closed - it's best to stick to the gentleman, who usually stands on the left. If all the employees there were halfway as accommodating and friendly as this gentleman, then that would be a very good post office!

Unhandliche/schwerere Pakete werden nicht abgeliefert sondern einfach ein Abholschein in den Postkasten gelegt, obwohl wir zuhause sind. Mehrmals passiert, wie soeben als ich im Vorraum stand. Ich erhielt soeben eine E-Mail, dass das Paket nicht zugestellt werden konnte - ich dachte ich träume, da bereits die letzten Tage die selbe Situation mit der Post bestand und ich wusste, dass um etwa 08:00 Uhr die Post durch die Siedlung fährt! Seit 07:45 Uhr stand ich im Vorraum und wartete, dass es klopft und um 08:07 Uhr bekomme ich die E-Mail, dass die Zustellung nicht erfolgen konnte. Die Person müsste zu Fuß zum Haus gehen und das ist vermutlich zu zeitaufwändig - 30 Sekunden! Bei Amazon und allen anderen Zustellern funktioniert es. Die gehen zum Haus herauf (dauert 30 Sekunden) und übergeben die Pakete oder fragen, ob sie die Auffahrt herauffahren dürfen. Delivery person: in 2020 Mariathal is a bottomless cheek! Unhandy / heavier parcels are not delivered but a collection slip is simply placed in the post box, even though we are at home. Happened several times, as just when I was standing in the anteroom. I just received an e-mail that the package could not be delivered - I thought I was dreaming because the post office had been in the same situation for the past few days and I knew that the post would go through the settlement at around 8 a.m. ! Since 7.45 a.m. I was standing in the anteroom and waited for there to be knocking and at 8:07 a.m. I received the email that the delivery could not be made. The person would have to walk to the house and that is probably too time consuming - 30 seconds! It works for Amazon and all other delivery companies. They go up to the house (takes 30 seconds) and hand over the parcels or ask if they can drive up the driveway.
