★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor ca 2 Monate einen Gärfass gekauft für über 27 euro. Das gewinde rinnt und ist somit unbrauchbar. Was ist das für eine Qualität die sie da anbieten? Ich habe natürlich keine Rechnung aufgehalten da ich nie im Leben gedacht hätte das so etwas passieren kann und ich es somit nicht mehr umtauschen kann. Aber Landring setzte sich mit mir in Verbindung dass ein Tausch auch ohne Rechnung möglich ist. Ich tauschte das heute um. Die Bedingung (Langegger Maria) war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Es wurde schnell und unbürokratisch getauscht. Zuhause werde ich es überprüfen, wenn die Qualität passt, wird sie Rezension auf 5 Sterne erhöht.
About 2 months ago I bought a fermentation barrel for over 27 euros. The thread runs and is therefore unusable. What kind of quality are you offering there? But Landring got in touch with me that an exchange is also possible without an invoice. I exchanged that today. The condition (Langegger Maria) was very accommodating and nice. It was exchanged quickly and unbureaucratically. At home I will check it, if the quality is right, the review will be increased to 5 stars.
