Sie erkennt sofort wo noch Verbesserung erforderlich ist , hat mir nach dem Training noch einen Zettel mit persönlich für mich zusammengestellten Übungen geschickt und sie antwortet auch auf Fragen nach dem Training noch. Auch von der Person her sehr nett und angenehm . Der Preis ist absolut in Ordnung .
Elke is a very competent personal trainer and taught me Nordic walking. She immediately recognizes where improvement is needed, after the training session she sent me a note with exercises that she had put together personally for me and she still answers questions after the training session. Also from the person very nice and pleasant. The price is absolutely fine.
