A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben bereits mehrfach das Landhaus Zirmhof besucht und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert von der gemütlichen und modernen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberfamilie Eder ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass uns während unserer Aufenthalte keine Wünsche offen blieben. Die Apartments (wir haben bereits beide besucht) sind sehr geräumig und sowohl für einen Winter- als auch Sommerurlaub perfekt geeignet. Sie sind stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und man findet alle nötigen Utensilien (z.B. in der Küche). Auch die Lage des Hauses ist super, da die Haltestelle für den Ski- bzw. Wanderbus unmittelbar vor der Haustür ist. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder in das Landhaus Zirmhof. We have visited the Landhaus Zirmhof several times and are always thrilled with the cozy and modern accommodation. The host family Eder is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, so that during our stays nothing to be desired. The apartments (we have both visited) are very spacious and perfect for both winter and summer vacations. They are stylishly decorated, clean and you will find all the necessary utensils (for example, in the kitchen). The location of the house is great, as the stop for the ski or hiking bus is right outside the front door. We are always happy to come back to the Landhaus Zirmhof.

Wir waren sowohl im Sommer wie im Winter vor Ort und kommen seit Jahren zur Familie Eder nach Saalbach. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! The country house is modern and comfortable at the same time furnished. It has everything you need: a nice terrace in summer, a room for skiing in winter. We were both in summer and in winter on site and come for years to the family Eder to Saalbach. The hosts are warm and hospitable. We'll be back!
M	Ms. M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub bei Fam. Eder verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet auch mit Kindern genug Platz. Perfekt für uns war die Terrasse, auf der wir gemütlich sitzen konnten, während unsere Kinder auf der Wiese herum tollten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und konnten uns viele Ausflugstipps geben. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. We spent our summer holiday at Fam. Eder. The apartment is very nicely furnished and offers enough space even with children. Perfect for us was the terrace, where we could sit comfortably, while our kids were romping around in the meadow. The hosts were very friendly and could give us many excursion tips. We will definitely be back next year.

A great place to stay. We have enough space and the equipment is really impressive. Everything you need. Absolute recommendation.

Immer da, dennoch nicht aufdringlich kümmern sie sich liebevoll um die Gäste. Die Ausstattung ist super schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist trotz der Hauptstraße super und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür in Verbindung mit der Joker Card perfekt für alle Ausflüge. Parkplätze sind ausreichen da. Weder Bus noch Straße sind in der Wohnung wahrzunehmen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. A really great apartment with a family who knows what hospitality means. Always there, but not intrusive, they lovingly take care of the guests. The decor is super nice and very well maintained. Despite the main street, the location is great and the bus stop right in front of the door in connection with the Joker Card is perfect for all excursions. There are enough parking spaces. Neither the bus nor the street can be seen in the apartment. We will come back for sure.
s	sandra schobloch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von uns gibt es volle 5 Sterne. Es war alles Perfekt. Das Landhaus war ein Traum. liebevoll eingerichtet und alles harmonisch, dazu noch super sauber. Familie Eder sind liebevolle Gastgeber die unser Glück perfekt gemacht haben. Uns viel es sehr schwer zu gehen weil alles so super war. Zum Geburtstag unsere Kinder haben wir sogar noch einen selber gebackenen leckeren Kuchen bekommen. Nochmal Danke für den Traumurlaub. We got a full 5 stars. It was all perfect. The country house was a dream. lovingly furnished and everything harmonious, plus super clean. The Eder family are loving hosts who made our happiness perfect. It was very difficult for us to go because everything was so great. For our children's birthday we even got a delicious cake that we baked ourselves. Thanks again for the dream vacation.

Owners are very nice and friendly people. Its a 3 minute walk to the ski lift and close to a ski rental. So we had a pleasant week in this beautiful house!
