Die Hausbesitzer sind Einheimische, die sich bestens auskennen und tolle Tipps für jede Jahreszeit haben! Man fühlt sich hier schnell willkommen und wohl. Wir können sowohl die Apartments, als auch das Landhaus absolut empfehlen! The Zirmhof is in the perfect location for summer and winter trips! We have been coming to Saalbach for over ten years and have always felt at home in the Zirmhof! The homeowners are locals who are very knowledgeable and have great tips for every season! You quickly feel welcome and comfortable here. We can absolutely recommend both the apartments and the country house!

Das Haus ist gut gelegen, der Skilift ist Fußläufig. Der Sauna Bereich und besonders der Ruhe Raum ist sehr schön gemacht. Alles sehr hochwertig und brandneu. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We had a wonderful time at the Zirmhof. Monika and her husband were very friendly. You are well organized. The house is well located, the ski lift is within walking distance. The sauna area and especially the quiet room is very nicely done. Everything very high quality and brand new. We would love to come back.

Monika was such a lovely host who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The rooms and living space were cozy with modern furniture and appliances. The spa area was beautifully done for complete relaxation after a long day on the slopes. The ski room was spacious and had lockers for each room to secure your belongings (if desired). The building was walking distance to the nearest lift (schönleitenbahn) or one stop by the ski bus, which conveniently picked up directly in front of the hotel at saalbach jausern. Would highly recommend booking a stay at Der Zirmhof!

Monika was very attentive to any needs that came up (such as new dish towels or a fondue pot), and even helped us celebrate New Years with some bubbles and chocolate. Additionally, the sauna and relaxation room were wonderful, especially after skiing. The gondola was just a short walk (3 minutes) away with two different runs that end there - you can both start and finish the day there! Overall, I definitely recommend Der Zirmhof and would come back here!
