Ottima posizione e proprietari gentilissimi. Fantastic Villa on two floors with equipped garden and barbecue. Brand new construction and furnished with real taste. Great location and very kind owners.

Jedoch, wenn Mensch und Natur passen - dann passt es einfach! :-) Vielen Dank an Familie Manzl für die schönen Stunden in Ihrem gemütlichen Appartement am Erlebnisberg Hohe Salve. Die Einrichtung hatte alles was ich brauchte und selbst für den Saunaabend bekam ich mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit separate Handtücher. Super! Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die hauseigene kleine Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück und/oder Abendessen ein. Bis zur Mittelstation der Bergbahn Hopfgarten waren es gerade einmal 45 min. zu Fuß. Die nächste Hütte für Speis und Trank war die Sunnseit Hütte, mit ca. 15 min. Fußmarsch! Direkt um die Ecke - Klasse! Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder und freue mich auf meinen nächsten erlebnisreichen Urlaub in den Kitzbüheler Alpen sowie auf einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt und auf ein freundliches Wiedersehen mit der Familie Manzl. However, if man and nature fit - then it just fits! :-) Many thanks to family Manzl for the beautiful hours in your cozy apartment on the adventure mountain Hohe Salve. The decor had everything I needed and even for the sauna evening I got with a matter of course separate towels. Excellent! The apartment is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The on-site small terrace is open for breakfast and / or dinner. It was just 45 minutes to the middle station of the Hopfgarten cable car. on foot. The next hut for food and drink was the Sunnseit hut, with approx. 15 min. Walk! Right around the corner - great! I will definitely come back and look forward to my next eventful holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps as well as a comfortable stay and a friendly reunion with the Manzl family. Bye for now Nancy Hartmann
M	Martijn Cobussen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super gastvrij. Vrijwel nieuw appartement met 2 verdiepingen. Erg compleet, zelf een keukenmixer is aanwezig. Een muziekje speel je af via de aanwezige bluetoothspeaker en ook aan WiFi is gedacht. De piste is op loopafstand en het laatste stukje is blauw, dus niet heel moeilijk. Ik zou geen verbeterpunten kunnen bedenken. Super hospitable. Almost new apartment with 2 floors. Very complete, even a kitchen mixer is present. You can play music via the available Bluetooth speaker and WiFi has also been thought of. The slopes are within walking distance and the last part is blue, so not very difficult. I couldn't think of any areas for improvement.

Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet (Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kochutensilien, beheizter Ski-Schuppen, Terrasse, Balkon, ...). Sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieter. Very nice apartment in a quiet but direct location to the ski area with a fantastic view. Very clean and well equipped (freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, heated ski shed, terrace, balcony, ...). Very friendly and cordial landlord.
