F	Fewo an der Dhron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen ist einfach unglaublich. Habe die geschmorten Schweinsbacker gegessen. Habe noch nie so zartes Fleisch gegessen. Es wurde 5 Std. geschmort... Unglaublich lecker. Als Dessert gab es die Marillenknödel. Dazu fehlen mir eigtl. die Worte so gut wie die waren. Zwei Junge Leute, Josephan und Theresa, die sich hier einen Traum mit dieser Gaststätte erfüllt haben machen einen super Job! Es hat alles gepasst, ausnahmslos. Respekt für die zwei und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung von mir! The food is just amazing. Ate the braised pork cheek. Have never eaten such tender meat. It was braised for 5 hours ... Incredibly delicious. For dessert there was the apricot dumplings. I am missing the words as good as they were. Two young people, Josephan and Theresa, who have fulfilled a dream with this restaurant, do a great job! Everything was fine, without exception. Respect for the two and an absolute recommendation from me!

Alles regional bzw selbst gemacht, hervorragend. Tolle Menüs, wo zb 2 Gerichte überraschend ergänzt werden, während 3 andere Gänge bekannt sind. Ambiente ist ebenfalls stimmig. Die Weinkarte ist vermutlich noch etwas im Aufbau, aber es gibt durchaus eine gewisse Auswahl an guten und nicht sehr teuren Flaschen. Kommen gerne wieder! Update vom 12.03.22, halbes Jahr später: Nach wie vor ausgezeichnet! Die Speisekarte wechselt monatlich, insofern immer einen Besuch wert. Up-and-coming restaurant - young and very friendly staff, innovative dishes that you haven't eaten 20 times on every corner. Everything regional or homemade, excellent. Great menus, where, for example, 2 dishes are surprisingly supplemented, while 3 other courses are known. Ambiance is also appropriate. The wine list is probably still under construction, but there is a certain selection of good and not very expensive bottles. We'd love to come back! Update from 03/12/22, half a year later: Still excellent! The menu changes monthly, so it's always worth a visit.

Alles in allem ein Landgasthof der nicht nur für einen schnellen Absacker am Abend oder Stammtisch taugt, sondern auch für ein Dinner in der Gruppe oder zu zweit. ?? Top country inn! Attentive waiters and top chefs in the kitchen. All in all, a country inn that is not only good for a quick nightcap in the evening or a regulars' table, but also for a dinner in a group or for two. ??

Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Visually it was a 5/5, but unfortunately not in terms of taste. It was too meat-heavy for me and not enough food. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating.

Above all, the enjoyment menu is a sensationally great experience every time. With so much attention to detail, amazing quality and owners and staff who put their heart and soul into it, every evening is a celebration. All you can do is say THANK YOU.
