In einem 5-Bett-Zimmer liegen also 2 Personen.
I can only advise everyone to avoid this hospital. What I have already been through with my family and friends is incredible.
At the beginning of the pandemic, people in hazmat suits were standing at the entrance like in the movies, but the rooms were overcrowded because wards were simply being closed. Due to massive pollution, the toilet in a 6-bed room could not be used at the time. The informed nurse only said succinctly that the cleaning service would not come back until the next day due to short-time work. But it was only early afternoon. The patients were instructed to use the toilet in the neighboring 6-bed room. 12 people - 1 toilet.
It is now the case that the rooms can only be occupied by half at most. So there are 2 people in a 5-bed room. Patients sit and lie in the aisle. They have to wear a mask all day because there is a mask requirement in the aisle. And in the rooms there are empty beds.
It is also incomprehensible that only the main entrance in the main building can be used for 2 years. Patients and visitors who do not have anything to do in this building have to cross it completely if they want to go to other buildings, including the overcrowded elevator, which is constantly overloaded. Those who cannot walk that far have to wait a long time in the crowd for a patient transport. Is this a sensible pandemic measure?
Visits are only possible with 2G+. And then only once a week. Unvaccinated people are not allowed to visit their relatives. The food isn't good (either meat or sweets), but you can't bring anything to relatives.
The staff is understandably at the end. They scream for help with signs saying they can't take it anymore. But what are patients supposed to do with this information? The turnover is high. A doctor committed suicide in the hospital.
But even before Corona, this hospital was a disaster. From being sent away in the case of fractures, torn ligaments and infractions, to incorrect diagnoses and refusal of treatment, everything is included. The lust for power of some doctors and nurses is also very pronounced. Patients are beaten up, laughed at and neglected. When everyone is in the smoking room (called a meeting) patients can ring as many bells as they want. Emergency or not, nobody comes.
In particular, avoid accident, neurology, neurosurgery, I. Internal and physical medicine.

One of the most terrible hospitals throughout Austria.
The waiting time is simply exaggerated.
At that time I came up with my mother because of the urology appointment from 8:30 was called my mother only over 6 hours what I'm pretty upset.
As far as the toilets is concerned, I have to say: It looked dirty and hardly make trouble making visitors / patients clean.
The doctors and nurses are very unfriendly the deserving a termination without notice as they deal with people.

My son - 9 years old - is being treated for kidney disease. First aid in the outpatient clinic was quick and very friendly, inpatient admission was quick and uncomplicated. The next few days on the ward were very pleasant for us. The doctors took a lot of time to explain during the visits. And the food - well, you shouldn't expect star cuisine, but it was varied, enough and certainly something for everyone! Full 5 points from me!

â â â â â Good facilities overall, and staff were very helpful and caring, which was appreciated during hard times. Grounds are quite pretty, especially around the Hospital Museum, which is tiny but interesting (and free).

â â â â â Had a fetal organscreening here. The ultrasound specialist was very professional and spoke perfect English which I very much appreciated. He described what he was looking at all the time and it was very nice that there was a patient screen too facing the bed I laid on.
The hospital itself looked a bit outdated, but all personnel were helpful and greeted everyone when passing by.
All in all I had a good experience.
