Most stupid company, profesional 0, man in office is biggest udiot, an no speack any languages, if you have choise go far away from this company

Very unprofessional and impolite people! Our driver needed to wait 6 hours and wasn't helped properly because they didn't speak any foreign language. Advice: don't work with this "company"!

I ordered an item from Hofer which took 3 months to receive. The delivery was scheduled to be between 1pm and 6pm. We specifically planned our day to make sure someone would be home during this time. I then receive a call from the Driver who says he is on the way at 11:45am. I told him that no one is home and I am at work 20 mins away. He proceeded to tell me that he is not waiting and will reschedule the delivery. I told him no that he is coming outside of the scheduled delivery window and that we already waited 3 months for the item to be delivered. He was yelling on the phone and said he couldn't hear me and hung up 3 times. When I got to my home a neighbor had already spoke with him to start unloading the item. I approached him and told him that he is not here during the scheduled delivery time. He said it doesn't matter. I told him I had to leave work to be here since he is wrong and again just said it didn't matter. The items were loaded on the pallet upside down (with the arrow saying "This side up." pointing to the ground). He tossed the items off the pallet except the last one and asked for a signature. I asked for his name and he got angry and said fine call the company I don't care. After signing the delivery slip he told me to remove the last package because he needed his pallet. I grabbed one side and he said come on I need my pallet. My neighbor told the driver to grab the other side to help and the driver said it's not even so heavy, and grabbed the package and tossed it to the side. My girlfriend called the company to complain and they told her that the person who deals with complaints is in a meeting and they will call her back. Of course, she never received a phone call. So, she wrote an email to Lagermax and never received a response, which is why I am writing this review. I think the company and the worker's attitude was very unprofessional especially since he was not at the house at the right time. I would never use or support the use of this company for deliveries and I think Hofer/Aldi should consider cancelling their contract with KSR or Lagermax for ordered items.

Great people ,in 45 minutes they finish to unload the truck .
