★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem Traktor zum Bremsbeläge tauschen dort. Laut Auskunft würde die Reparatur ca. € 1.300,- kosten. Habe dann eine Rechnung von € 2.583,41 erhalten (fast das Doppelte!). Wenn die Kostenschätzung nicht eingehalten werden kann, sollte zumindest per Telefon oder per E-Mail Bescheid gegeben werden und nicht einfach eine Rechnung ausgestellt werden. Ich war dann dort, habe als Antwort erhalten „Das ist halt so…“ Ich finde ein solches Vorgehen höchst unseriös.
I was there with my tractor to change the brake pads. According to information, the repair would cost around € 1,300. I then received an invoice for € 2,583.41 (almost double that!). If the cost estimate cannot be adhered to, a notification should at least be given by phone or email and not simply an invoice should be issued. I was then there and received the answer "That's just the way it is ..." I find such a procedure extremely dubious.
