Zwar ein paar Euro teurer, aber gerade in diesen Zeiten kaufen wir in der Region. Aber nach der Montage der Reifen kam die Überraschung. Der berechnete Preis war dann doch höher als vereinbart. Die Kollegin, mit der der Preis vereinbart war, arbeitet leider nicht mehr im Unternehmen und die Kollegen behaupteten frech, dass ich mich irre und das so nicht stimmt. Ein Blick in die Aufzeichnungen der Kollegin vor Ort zeigte dann, einen vereinbarten Preis inklusive Montage und bei einer anderen Aufzeichnung war die Reifenmontage auf Fahrzeug mit € 26 extra angeführt. Trotzdem weigerten sich die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter dies zu akzeptieren. Da es uns grundsätzlich nicht um € 26 ging, haben wir die Rechnung vollständig bezahlt. Da ein solches Verhalten unseriös ist, gibt es eben diese seriöse ehrliche Bewertung, um andere vor demselben Fehler zu bewahren. Eh klar, selbst schuld, wenn man es nicht schriftlich macht,... aber so viel ist eben das Wort eines Lagerhaus Mitarbeiters wert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass so was in anderen Lagerhäusern nicht passiert und dort mit Kunden vor Ort freundlicher Verfahren wird. So was muss nicht sein... es geht auch anders, dafür gibt es viele andere positive Beispiele in Österreich... ;-) Originally nice and friendly contact on the phone and reasonable price for tires including assembly and assembly date agreed. A few euros more expensive, but it is precisely during these times that we are buying in the region. But after mounting the tires, the surprise came. The calculated price was higher than agreed. The colleague with whom the price was agreed unfortunately no longer works in the company and the colleagues cheekily claimed that I am wrong and that this is not true. A look at the records of the colleague on site then showed an agreed price including assembly and in another recording the tire assembly on the vehicle was listed as an extra € 26. Even so, the unfriendly staff refused to accept this. Since we were basically not interested in € 26, we paid the bill in full. Since such behavior is dubious, there is just this serious honest evaluation to protect others from the same error. Sure, it's your own fault if you don't do it in writing ... but that's what a warehouse employee's word is worth. I assume that this does not happen in other warehouses and that there will be friendlier procedures with customers on site. It doesn't have to be like that ... there is another way, there are many other positive examples in Austria ... ;-)
