Autofrostschutz kostet 1,99€ und ist teurer wie auf der Tankstelle. Und immer wenn eine Kreise ist, wird auf einmal alles teurer. Mit der Not anderer Geschäfte machen. Aber die anderen sind auch nicht besser. Ob das Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Penny oder Spar ist. Sie sind alle gleich. Nein danke....... Yes, as they say in the vernacular: "that is grabbing" that never gets full. Car frost protection costs 1.99 € and is more expensive than at the gas station. Und da sie im Angebot war gibt's keinen Cent Nachlass;nicht mal mehr Skonto. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bought a Makita circular saw. Positive: also goes on the delivery note; negative: under 50, and under 100 € there is then a fee. And since it was on offer, there is not a single cent discount; not even more discount. But the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

D	Daniel Minar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jahrelang zufriedener Kunde im Lagerhaus Obertrum, freundliche Mitarbeiter, kompetente Beratung, gute Produkte! Gibt normal 5 Sterne! Leider ist beim Verladen ein Zementsack im Kofferraum meines Autos zerrissen. Kann passieren, sollte kein großes Problem sein. Nach Reklamation waren die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, es wurde versucht das Auto zu saugen, allerdings mit mäßigem Erfolg. Es wurde vereinbart, dass sich der Chef am darauffolgenden Tag meldet. Dies tat er auch, er war allerdings absolut unfreundlich und in keinster Weise an irgendeiner Lösung interessiert. 1 Sack Zement wurde mir als Ersatz angeboten. Keinerlei Entschuldigung, minimaler Warengutschein, oder der Vorschlag es von einem KFZ Betrieb mit entsprechenden Sauger reinigen zu lassen. Null! Ich werde das Auto in einem KFZ Betrieb reinigen lassen und die Kosten dafür tragen. Das Lagerhaus Obertrum wird mich nie wieder sehen! For years I was a satisfied customer in the Obertrum warehouse, friendly staff, competent advice, good products! Gives 5 stars normally! Unfortunately, a cement sack in the trunk of my car tore during loading. Can happen, shouldn't be a big problem. After a complaint, the employees tried very hard, they tried to vacuum the car, but with moderate success. It was agreed that the chef calls the next day. He did, but was absolutely unfriendly and in no way interested in any solution. I was offered 1 bag of cement as a replacement. to leave no excuse minimal voucher, or the proposal of a clean car operation with appropriate suction. Zero! I'll leave the car in a car clean operation and bear the cost. The Obertrum warehouse will never see me again!
