★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor ca. 1 Monat etwas gekauft was leider kurz darauf kaputt ging ( Hersteller fehler ) - die Quittung habe ich leider verloren. Trotzdem wurde mir ohne Zögern mein Teil ersetzt. Sehr Kompetent und Kunden freundlich. Hier werde ich wieder herkommen wenn ich etwas benötige ??
I bought something about 1 month ago which unfortunately broke shortly afterwards (manufacturer error) - I unfortunately lost the receipt. Nevertheless, my part was replaced without hesitation. Very competent and customer friendly. I will come back here if I need anything ??

Vor drei Wochen wurde mir der Brustkorb in einer OP geöffnet. (genauer gehe ich nicht darauf ein) zweite OP folgt.
Aufgrund dessen darf ich keine Maske tragen!
Hier sind also Behinderte nicht erwünscht und man wird als kranke Person gesehen.
Kauf im Ort? Nein.. Jetzt wird Media Markt unterstützt!

Three weeks ago my chest was opened in an operating theater. (I will not go into more detail about it) second operation follows.
Because of this, I am not allowed to wear a mask!
So here disabled people are not welcome and one is seen as a sick person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KUNDENUNFREUNDLICH bei Reklamationen. 3 mal dort was gekauft. 1 mal Gerät zur Reparatur dort. Gerät danach immer noch kaputt und kein entgegenkommen trotz Reparaturkosten über 100 EUR. 1 Artikel reklamiert, da nach 14 Monate defekt. Kein bedauern nichts. Einziges Kommentar ist ein Verschleißteil durch den Entscheidungsträger. Hab mir jetzt neues beim Libro gekauft um 1/3 9Preis. Empfehle eine Schulung. Ein bedauern hätte mir schon gereicht im Gegensatz zu Pech gehabt.
CUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY with complaints. Bought there 3 times. 1 time device for repair there. The device is still broken after that and there is no meeting despite repair costs over 100 EUR. 1 article complained because it was defective after 14 months. No regrets nothing. The only comment is a wearing part by the decision maker. I have now bought something new at Libro for 1/3 9 price. Recommend training. A regret would have been enough for me in contrast to bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatur wurde zwar erfolgreich durchgeführt, jedoch wurde bei der Zeit großzügig aufgerundet (+25%) und das Ersatzteil war auch überteuert. Wie ich das angesprochen habe wurde das damit argumentiert, dass das Ersatzteil ja auch bestellt werden muss und es quasi fast um dein Einkaufspreis weitergeben wurde. Finde ich nicht ok und deswegen gibt es auch keine Empfehlung von mir.
Repairs were carried out successfully, but the time was generously rounded up (+ 25%) and the spare part was also overpriced. As I mentioned that, the argument was that the spare part also has to be ordered and it was passed on almost for your purchase price. I don't think that's ok and that's why there is no recommendation from me.
