H	Herr Beneder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahnungslos oder absichtliches hinters Licht führen? Meine Freundin stellte unseren Rasenmäher aus gut glauben zum Service ins Lagerhaus. Als ich Abends dann nachhause kam erzählte Sie mir von Ihrer super Idee und ich rief darauf hin sofort dort an um alles wieder abzublasen (bin selber gelernter Mechaniker ist nur schon ein paar Jahre her). Dort wurde mir gesagt er wäre schon zerlegt weil der Vergaser kaputt sei und meine Freundin das OK dafür gegeben hat. Ich dachte mir nur naja Ihre schuld und wir einigten uns das ich Ihn abholen könnte und nur die Arbeitszeit und das gewechselte ÖL bezahlen müsste. Dort angekommen wurde mir wie bereits besprochen nur das ÖL und die Arbeitszeit verrechnet und mir noch einmal gesagt der Vergaser sei kaputt und er müsste erneuert werden. Meine Frage darauf war nur das ich nicht glaube das dieser kaputt sein könne da ich den Rasenmäher 2 Wochen davor bereits benutzt hatte. Daraufhin der Servicemitarbeiter: " Oh, naja das kann sein aber vielleicht funktioniert das Gerät ja wieder nach dem Zusammenbauen". Ich dachte mir nur daraufhin warum sollte das Gerät funktionieren wenn dieser ja kaputt sei? Zuhause angekommen baute ich den Rasenmäher wieder zusammen und alles funktionierte. Meine Frage nun: Wurde bewusst versucht etwas zu verkaufen was nicht kaputt ist oder ist das Personal nicht genug geschult? Fazit: Meiden Sie weitestgehend dieses Lagerhaus! Ihnen wird versucht werden soweit Sie fachlich nicht so gut am laufenden sind Dienstleistungen zu verkaufen die nicht zutreffen. So habe ich 50€ für ein bisschen Öl bezahlt und einer Zerlegung die nicht notwendig war. MFG Beneder Unsuspecting or deliberately duping? My friend put our lawn mower in the warehouse for good service. When I came home in the evening she told me about your great idea and I immediately called there to blow everything off (I myself was a trained mechanic only a few years ago). There I was told that it was already disassembled because the carburetor was broken and my girlfriend gave the OK for it. I just thought it was your fault and we agreed that I could pick him up and only have to pay for the working hours and the changed oil. Once there, as already discussed, I was only charged for the oil and working hours and I was told again that the carburetor was broken and had to be replaced. My question was that I didn't think it could be broken because I had already used the lawnmower two weeks before. Then the service employee: "Oh, well that may be, but maybe the device will work again after assembly". I just thought then why would the device work if it was broken? When I got home, I reassembled the lawnmower and everything worked. My question now: Was there a conscious attempt to sell something that is not broken or is the staff not sufficiently trained? Conclusion: Avoid this warehouse as much as possible! As far as you are not technically up to date, you will be tried to sell services that do not apply. So I paid € 50 for a bit of oil and a disassembly that was not necessary. MFG Beneder

Falls nicht, telefonieren Mitarbeiter andere Filialen und gar Mitbewerber ab, um einem Lösung zu beschaffen. Man nimmt sich Zeit (manchmal wartet man dann auch (gerne) ein paar Minuten) für Kunden und irgendwie ist das alles jung, frech und kompetent dynamisch. Kein typisches Lagerhaus. Empfehlenswert! Nebenbei: der Praktikant, der deren Facebook-Seite zu betreuen scheint, ist einen Abstecher auf FB wert. Like! That's really good! You can get almost anything. If not, employees call other branches and even competitors to find a solution. You take your time (sometimes you wait (gladly) a few minutes) for customers and somehow it's all young, cheeky and competently dynamic. Not a typical warehouse. Recommendable! By the way: the intern who seems to be looking after their Facebook page is worth a trip to FB. Like!
