Bei mir war die Kontaktaufnahme auch etwas holprig - gerade auf Schulung, keine Zeit etc.
Nun ja, es bricht mir kein Zacken aus der Krone, wenn ich etwas lästig bin und 2x nachrufen muss. Wie oft vergisst man selber, jemanden zurück zu rufen, wenn man gerade unterwegs ist?
Da sehe ich kein Problem darin.
Unterm Strich zählt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und da war ich bei meiner Altbaugarage sehr zufrieden. Termin wurde ausgemacht und das Team kam an den entsprechenden Tagen.
Sie arbeiteten sauber, schnell und das Ergebnis war zu meiner Zufriedenheit (Kunstharzboden).

For me, the contact was also a bit bumpy - especially on training, no time etc.
Well, it does not break my teeth when I'm a bit annoying and have to repeat two times. How often do you forget to call someone back when you're out and about?
I do not see any problem in that.
The bottom line is the price-performance ratio for me and I was very satisfied with my old building garage. Appointment was made and the team arrived on the respective days.
They worked clean, fast and the result was to my satisfaction (resin floor).
