Herr Hackner ist unglaublich kundenorientiert und äußerst kurzfristig eingesprungen. Man merkt, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit seiner Kunden sehr am Herzen liegt und er löst Probleme. Werkstatt top, sehr freundliches Team (man wird gegrüßt!). Sehr gerne wieder!! I had a scheduling problem with a pickerlüberprüfung (post-inspection after repair). Mr. Hackner is incredibly customer-oriented and jumped in at very short notice. You can tell that the satisfaction of his customers is very important to him and he solves problems. Workshop top, very friendly team (you will be greeted!). Lovely again!!
