★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Mal und nie wieder ! Hatten extra einen Tisch reserviert um mit den Kids ein Eis zum Geburtstag zu essen
1: wurden auf einen Tisch gesetzt direkt unter der Musik Box , Musik war so laut das die Kids und ich Kopf Schmerzen bekamen . 3 Mal fragte ich ob man es leider machen kann da es viel zu laut sei. Chef Interesse war gleich null.,,haben uns einen anderen Tisch gesucht ! Danach kam der Kellner und wir müssten gleich bezahlen obwohl noch nicht Mal alles da war !!!! Frechheit die Kunden so zu behandeln !!!!

 Once and never again ! Reserved a table to eat ice cream with the kids for their birthday
1: were placed on a table directly under the music box, music was so loud that the kids and I got a headache. I asked 3 times if you could do it because it was way too loud. Chef interest was zero. We looked for another table! Then the waiter came and we had to pay immediately, although not everything was there!!!! A shame to treat customers like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut unhöflich und arrogant. Man sieht das Ihnen der Job keinen Spaß macht und das sie sich nicht für dich interessieren. Das Essen wurde einfach so eingepackt das es im Endeffekt wieder komplett ausgeronnen ist... Naja geschmacklich war es jetzt auch keine 1+. Im Gesamten...würde ich kein 2tes mal hingehen.
The staff are absolutely rude and arrogant. You can see that you don't enjoy your job and that they don't care about you. The food was simply packed in such a way that in the end it completely leaked out again... Well, the taste wasn't an A+ either. Overall...I wouldn't go there a second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definetly the best ice cream in St Polten, super quick service top class coffee and many various delicious cakes, fresh made waffles and "focaccie" . Very very friendly and professional staff, even when the cafè is really busy anyone gets served by a few minutes depends on the request. I will come back and I recommend anyone around St Polten to come by!
