★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Es werden Sachen installiert, die nicht ausgemacht waren und ein Administrator Konto wurde erstellt, mit dem "Support" möglich ist. Also es kann über Fernwartung über den TeamViewer, auf in diesem Fall das Notebook, zugegriffen werden. Es sind IP Adressen sichtbar mit dem das Konto auch schon über Fernwartung angelegt wurde. Das wurde nicht besprochen und ich wurde auch nicht aufmerksam gemacht darauf. Nur im Nachhinein muss man die ganzen Leistungen bezahlen. Das ist meines Erachtens Betrug!!!
 Absolutely not recommendable! Things are installed that were not agreed upon and an administrator account was created with which "support" is possible. So it can be accessed via remote maintenance via the TeamViewer, in this case the notebook. IP addresses are visible with which the account has already been created via remote maintenance. That was not discussed and I was not made aware of it. You only have to pay for all the services afterwards. In my opinion this is a scam !!!
