★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz über 10-jähriger Stammkundschaft ist eine Fernwartung der PC-Anlage plötzlich nicht mehr möglich. Wartezeit dafür über 1 Monat und dann auch nur vielleicht. Begründung: Technikermangel durch Personalabgang zu anderen Firmen! - Absolut keine Empfehlung mehr!!! Ein Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel.
Despite more than 10 years of regular customers, remote maintenance of the PC system is suddenly no longer possible. Waiting for about 1 month and then maybe only. Reason: lack of technicians due to staff leaving to other companies! - Absolutely no recommendation !!! A star is actually too much.

"weniger interessanten" Dingen wird sich dazu die nötige Zeit genommen. Anliegen von Kunden werden bestmöglich beachtet, auch wenn es dabei um Komponenten geht, die nicht Teil des Standard-Sortiments sind.
Kurz gesagt: sehr empfehlenswert!
Very competent and friendly advice, even with prices
"less interesting" things are taken the time to do so. Customer concerns are given the best possible attention, even when it comes to components that are not part of the standard range.
In short: highly recommended!
