Nach angemessener Zeit wurde ich per e-mail verständigt und konnte die Ware abholen. Das ist einfacher, schneller und kostengünstiger, als über Internet bestellen. Und, man bekommt den passenden, richtigen Ersatzteil. Danke.
 Friendly, competent, reliable. I needed fireclay bricks for my old stove, ordered them made-to-measure and with a photo by email. After a reasonable time, I was informed by e-mail and was able to pick up the goods. This is easier, faster and cheaper than ordering online. And, you get the right, right spare part. Thank you.
