N	Nay thiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Geschäft, freundliche Mitarbeiterin, ABER: Wir haben für 1 Spielzeug was sonst überall 30 Euro kostet, 50 Euro gezahlt. D.h. nur 10 Euro mehr und wir hätten wo anders 2 darum bekommen. Ich zahl ja gern in einem lokalen kleinen Geschäft etwas mehr, aber 66% Preiszuschlag find ich doch etwas übertrieben. Außerdem weiß die nette Dame nicht mal genau was sie so alles in ihrem Geschäft hat und es wird einem auch noch frech ins Gesicht gelogen... z.b. warum Lego bei ihnen um die Hälfte teurer ist als bei anderen Geschäften etc. Danke, war witzig, aber nie wieder! Nice business, friendly staff, BUT: We have for 1 toy what else costs 30 euros, 50 euros paid. That only 10 Euros more and we would have got 2 elsewhere. I like to spend a little more in a local small business, but I find 66% surcharge a bit over the top. In addition, the nice lady does not even know exactly what she has so everything in her business and it is even a cheek lied in the face ... z.b. why Lego is more expensive for half of them than other stores etc. Thanks, it was funny, but never again!
F	Fredl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte heute ein Paket abgeben und mit Hermes versenden. Leider war der Verkäufer nicht wirklich interessiert mich zu bedienen. Obwohl ich zuerst am Schalter war, und bereits 2 min wartete, nahm er eine andere Kundin an die Reihe und sagte : das kann warten, Hermes Pakete kommen immer am Schluss dran und lachte dabei. Er bediente die Kundin welche ein Spielzeug kaufte, aber nach mir am Schalter war, vor mir. Ich finde wenn man den Hermes Shop Vertrag nicht will, dann sollte man ihn abgeben und nicht seinen Frust an den Kunden auslassen. Dieses Geschäft ist leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!! Wanted to make a package today and ship with Hermes. Unfortunately, the seller was not really interested in serving me. Although I was at the counter first and was already waiting for 2 minutes, he took another customer's turn and said: wait, Hermes packages always come last and laugh. He served the customer who bought a toy but was at the counter after me, in front of me. I think if you do not want the Hermes Shop contract, then you should give it and not leave out his frustration to the customer. Unfortunately this business is not recommendable !!!
C	Clemens Ambros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Meinung nach ist der Betreiber außerordentlich unfreundlich und kaum hilfsbereit, wenn man sein Geschäft lediglich zum Abholen eines Pakets betritt, ohne etwas zu kaufen. Ich habe bereits erlebt, dass andere Kunden, die etwas kaufen, vorgelassen werden. Darüber hinaus hatte ich schon öfter Probleme beim Abholen eines Pakets, das angeblich nicht da war und nach Rücksprache mit dem Post-Kundendienst dann eigentlich doch in der Filiale war. In my opinion, the operator is extremely unfriendly and hardly helpful if you just go into their shop to pick up a package without buying anything. I have already seen other customers who buy something being let in. In addition, I have often had problems picking up a package that was supposedly not there and, after consulting Post customer service, was actually in the branch.

In einer sehr schwierigen Zeit (Lockdown Nr.4), findet man ein so gut sortiertes Geschäft und mit freundlicher Beratung kaum noch! Ein ständiger Vergleich mit Preisen aus dem Internet (Amazon usw.) ist nicht nur nicht fair sondern auch nicht besonders schlau. Wahrscheinlich zahlt dieses kleine Geschäft mehr Steuern als all die Onlineriesen gemeinsam. Und auch die zusätliche Möglichkeit ein Post oder Hermes Paket zu verschicken ..... bringt wahrscheinlich keine Millionen. Für unsere Kinder war es heute (im Spiele-Peter in Klosterneuburg) ein freudiges Erlebnis. Danke!! I have seldom been served so kindly! In a very difficult time (lockdown number 4), you can hardly find such a well-stocked shop and with friendly advice! A constant comparison with prices from the Internet (Amazon etc.) is not only not fair but also not particularly smart. This little business probably pays more taxes than all the online giants combined. And the additional option of sending a post or Hermes package ... probably won't bring you millions. It was a joyful experience for our children today (at the Peter Games in Klosterneuburg). Thank you!!

Wollten lediglich ein leeres Post Paket, zum Ware verpacken, bei ihm kaufen, da das Geschäft geöffnet war(!!) Nicht möglich, er möchte es nicht verkaufen - ohne weitere Erklärungen! Zudem wirkt er nur motiviert, wenn man seine überteuerten Spielwaren in Betracht zieht, wenn man jedoch nur kurz bei seinem Postschalter etwas aufgeben /abholen/kaufen möchte, ist er ruppig. Sehr schade eigentlich! Older gentleman, probably the owner, is extremely unfriendly! Just wanted an empty post package to pack the goods, buy from him because the shop was open (!!) Not possible, he doesn't want to sell it - without further explanation! In addition, he only seems motivated if you consider his overpriced toys, but if you only want to post / pick up / buy something for a short time at his post office, he is rude. It's a shame!
W	Wolfgang Deutsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das unfreundlich Geschäft in Klosterneuburg. War heute ?? wollte heute ein Paket abgeben und mit Hermes verschicken. Als ich hineingehen wollte waren in dem ca 120m2 Geschäft 2 Kunden beim Postschalter. Einer davon nur zum tratschen. Ich öffnete die Türe und wollte eintreten und wurde in der Sekunde mit den Worten ... zu viele Leute ... wieder hinauskomplimentiert. Der Tratschkunde verlies in Folge sofort das Geschäft. Als ich es dann wieder versuchte einzutreten, entgegnete mir der Herr (Chef) mit lauten Worten ich müsse draußen warten und zog mir die Türe vor der Nase zu. Als nur der zweite (letzte) Kunde dann das Geschäft verließ versuchte ich es das drittel mal hineinzugehen. Daraufhin versteckte sich dieser Herr dann im Lager und ließ mich warten. Mein Hermes Paket hat er dann nicht angenommen, den er bestimme selbst welche Pakete er annimmt oder nicht. Ich denke mir das muss einer dieser vielbesprochenen LANGZEITSCHÄDEN sein. Wovon auch immer. The unfriendly shop in Klosterneuburg. Was today ?? wanted to deliver a package today and send it with Hermes. When I wanted to go in, there were 2 customers at the post office in the 120m2 shop. One of them just to gossip. I opened the door and was about to enter, and in a second I was ushered out with the words...too many people.... The gossip customer immediately left the store. When I then tried to enter again, the gentleman (boss) answered me with loud words that I had to wait outside and pulled the door in my face. When only the second (last) customer left the store, I tried to go in a third time. Then this gentleman hid in the camp and made me wait. He didn't accept my Hermes package, because he decides which packages he accepts or not. I think it must be one of those much talked about LONG TERM DAMAGES. Whatever.
