★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dessert are good, but for two times I’ve been there, the staffs were absolutely unprofessional, rude and no patience. Even didn’t say thanks when I paid, just turn to serve another client.
The first time I thought that maybe the girl had some personal problem and I didn’t pay much attention about that, yesterday it happened again with another lady, so I decided to write a complain about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konditorei Oberlaa has delicious cakes and tasty Austrian dishes. The mid day menu was Traditional soup from beef stock with semolina cake. Probably the best Austrian clear soup I ate beside of mother's kitchen. The main dish continued with stuffed cabbage roll with minced meat and mashed potatoes. All excellent - except for the dessert.
It read a piece of their famous pattisserie, but turned out 1 scoop of Vanilla icecream. The description is deceiving and should be brought to the attention of management.
Sorry but this was not acceptable.
Konditorei Oberlaa has to rectify this mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All is nice and tasty but the service is absolutely unfriendly. My German is not so good, but I’m always trying to speak my best and don’t switch to English. I used to go for take away.Each time the stuff was absolutely not friendly and rude. Last time I payed and the lady didn’t say thanks, ciao, have a nice day…ANYTHING! She turn and went to another client ?
I was really upset for this attitude to foreigners, and it’s not the first time..
