Wir haben uns auch gleich für einen Bastelkurs eingetragen und dieser war lustig und informativ. Der weite Weg lohnt sich. The craft shop is mega. You get everything. I came from Vienna. The selection is huge. We also signed up for a handicraft course and it was fun and informative. The long way is worth it.

Man kann mit Kundenkarte Punkte sammeln, die man gegen Gutscheine tauschen kann. Sollte ein Artikel einmal nicht vorrätig sein, kann man diesen bestellen und wird per SMS benachrichtigt, sobald er wieder lagernd ist. A well-stocked shop for artists and craft supplies. The staff is friendly, competent and knows the range. You can collect points with a customer card, which you can exchange for vouchers. If an article is out of stock, you can order it and will be notified by SMS as soon as it is in stock again.

Zwar war der Shop keine Augenweide, aber überwiegend gute Beratung & hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen. Im Fischapark vermisse ich genau das. Die Damen können nicht mal grüßen & der Herr, unfreundlich. Vielleicht läuft es auch so gut, dass sie nicht mehr auf die Bedürfnisse des einzelnen eingehen müssen. Wir müssen aber auch nicht hier einkaufen. Es gibt genug alternativen. Disappointed! We already shopped here when they were still in the FMZ Ost. The shop was not a feast for the eyes, but mostly good advice and helpful staff. That's exactly what I miss in Fischapark. The ladies can't even say hello & the gentleman, unfriendly. Maybe things are going so well that they no longer have to cater to the needs of the individual. But we don't have to shop here either. There are enough alternatives.
