Disaster first wait on the ramp, then unloading and finally the document. Get ready for a couple of hours of waiting.

M	Max C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte auf eine Lieferung, Zeitfenster von 8:00-16:00 wurde angeben. Also musste ich mir einen Tag frei nehmen. LKW da jedoch hat er mein Paket nicht dabei. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar um das Problem zu lösen. Chaos Pur Waiting for a delivery, time window from 8: 00-16: 00 was specified. So I had to take a day off. J	Josef Sochovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei dieser Spedition läuft alles falsch, was nur falsch laufen kann. Ware wird nach 14 Tagen Transport von Triest nach Wien angeliefert. Der Fahrer lässt die 1300kg Palette am Gehsteig stehen und fährt gleich wieder weg. Palette foliert und optisch das was erwartet wurde. Nach 5 Minuten wird die Folie geöffnet und festgestellt, dass die falsche Palette abgeladen wurde. Versuche die Spedition anzurufen gestalten sich extrem kompliziert. 11:55 war der erste Anruf mit Wartezeit bis 12:00 Uhr, dann wird man rausgeworfen. Bei nochmaligen Anruf kommt man zur vermeintlich freundlichen Mitarbeiterin die leider nicht helfen konnte weil genau zwischen 12-13 Uhr ein Update das System lahmlegt. Auf meine Frage ob das die Mittagspause ist lacht man nur blöd und meint ich soll es nach 13 Uhr nochmal probieren. Also bis 16 Uhr keine Lösung und ich muss die 1,3 Tonnen ins Lager bringen. Dann Email Kontakt wo man mich fragt, warum ich die Ware angenommen habe, wenn's falsch war??? Dann kann man meine Anfrage ohne Sendungsnummer nicht bearbeiten. Dann holt 2 Tage später ein unmotiviert Typ die Palette wieder ab und nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit haben wir die Ware noch immer nicht. Grottenschlechte Spedition, unwillig und unfreundlich, 78000 Mitarbeiter und leider in Österreich scheinbar keine Kompetenten! Wenn es möglich wäre, dann -5 Sterne. With this forwarding company everything goes wrong that can only go wrong. Goods are delivered after 14 days of transport from Trieste to Vienna. The driver leaves the 1300kg pallet on the sidewalk and drives away again. Pallet wrapped in foil and optically what was expected. After 5 minutes the foil is opened and it is determined that the wrong pallet has been unloaded. Attempts to call the shipping company are extremely complicated. 11:55 was the first call with waiting until 12:00, then you get kicked out. If you call again you come to the supposedly friendly employee who unfortunately couldn't help because an update paralyzed the system between 12 noon and 1 p.m. When I ask if this is the lunch break, one just laughs stupidly and says I should try it again after 1 p.m. So no solution until 4 p.m. and I have to bring the 1.3 tons to the warehouse. Then email contact where I am asked why I accepted the goods if it was wrong ??? Then you cannot process my request without a tracking number. Then 2 days later an unmotivated guy picks up the pallet again and after 3 weeks of waiting we still don't have the goods. Bad shipping company, unwilling and unfriendly, 78,000 employees and unfortunately in Austria apparently no competent! If it were possible, then -5 stars.
