E	Egle M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this hotel! We booked a room around 6pm for the same night. We filled required forms so we can receive PIN to access our room. Untill 10pm we haven’t received any mail or message with PIN from the system. We tried to contact their provided emergency number, but it was not working. It was late so it was impossible to find another place. And after sleepless night near hotel trying to contact them, we received no explanation or excuse from customer service? At first I thought that it’s only their system fault, but now I see that KUF Hotel customer service also needs improvement. Definetely will not recommend this property!
Y	Youness Demolder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So basically anybody can type in a wrong pincode on the door 15 times and the person who actually booked the room is locked out of his room. You can call the emergency number which is only available on weekdays during office hours. You’ll be sleeping in your car if this happens at night or during the weekend. Avoid at all costs!
R	Razvan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are OK, spacious bathroom too. The problem is that during our 7 day stay nobody cleaned the rooms, emptied the garbage or changed the towels. Not even the ashtrays located outside. It's not normal ! Also the wooden room walls separating the bathroom were dirty with some sort of liquids, în the upper half. Cleanliness should be paramount in these pandemic days. Guys, you could do more !
