Das von außen eher unscheinbar wirkende Café und Restaurant Kristall, überrascht einen als Kunden mit weitläufigen Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Klassikern (wie zum Beispiel Döner-Kebab und Pizza) und Spezialitäten (wie zahlreiche Lamm-Kreationen). Serviert wird das Gericht von einem sehr freundlichen Personal in einem edlen Blechgeschirr. Dies bewirkt in Kombination mit hervorragenden Speisen fast schon ein Gourmet-Erlebnis. Um das Ganze noch abzurunden kann man sich noch einen wunderbaren Türkischen Kaffee oder sehr leckeren Tee bestellen. There is nothing to complain about! The café and restaurant Kristall, which looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, surprises you as a customer with a wide selection of classics (such as doner kebab and pizza) and specialties (such as numerous lamb creations). The dish is served by a very friendly staff in elegant tin dishes. In combination with excellent food, this almost creates a gourmet experience. Das Brot wird selbstgemacht, schaut gut aus (Sesam auf dem Brot), ist leicht knusprig und fluffig, mir allerdings ein bisschen zu wenig knackig, ist aber Geschmackssache. Das Gemüse ist relativ frisch gewesen und hat seinen Dienst als Zutat erledigt, könnte aber gerne noch frischer und knackiger sein. Interessant das Mais dabei ist und cool, dass sie auch Rotkraut hinein geben. Die Sauce ist ganz gut. Weder fad noch spektakulär, verrichtet also auch seinen Dienst. Das Fleisch ist beim Huhn natürlich Scheiben- und beim Kalb Hackfleisch. ist mir persönlich ein bisschen zu trocken und man schmeckt auch nicht wirklich viel, was natürlich schade ist weil ein Döner Kebab zum großen Teil vom Fleisch lebt. Insgesamt ist der Döner Kebab von Kristall Café & Resteraunt ein ganz guter Standarddöner, aber mehr auch nicht. Got a doner kebab from Kristall Café & Resteraunt today. The bread is homemade, looks good (sesame seeds on the bread), is slightly crispy and fluffy, but a little too crunchy for me, but it's a matter of taste. The vegetables were relatively fresh and did their job as an ingredient, but could still be fresher and crisper. The corn is interesting and cool that they also put red cabbage in it. The sauce is quite good. Neither bland nor spectacular, so it does its job. The meat is of course sliced in the chicken and minced meat in the veal. is a bit too dry for me personally and you don't really taste much, which is of course a shame because a doner kebab lives largely from meat. Overall, the doner kebab from Kristall Café & Resteraunt is a very good standard doner, but nothing more.
