Seit 1 Monat gibt's auch kein Lebenszeichen mehr von diesem Unternehmen ??. Niemand reagiert auf meine emails. Telefonieren hebt niemand ab. I've been waiting for over 5 months !!!!! on the refund of my paid trip that was canceled by CruiseSafari !!! There has been no sign of life from this company for 1 month ??. Nobody responds to my emails. Nobody picks up the phone.

Wir haben eine Kreuzfahrt gebucht, die am 12.3 starten sollte. Aufgrund der Reisewarnung der Stufe 6 haben wir am 10.3. unsere Reise storniert. Am 11.3 gegen Mittag vom Reisebüro kontaktiert, ob unsere Stornierung aufrecht bleibt. Am 11.3 um 16 Uhr kam ein Email, dass die Reise abgesagt wurde. Wir sollen jetzt trotzdem auf den Kosten sitzen bleiben. One star is too much. As long as you have no problems, friendly. I would never go through this travel agency again. We have booked a cruise that should start on March 12th. Due to the travel warning of level 6, we our trip canceled. On March 11th around noon the travel agent contacted us to see if our cancellation remained. On March 11th at 4 p.m. an email came to say that the trip had been canceled.
