★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein besonders schöner Aufstieg. Man geht eigentlich die meiste Zeit in einem Tal auf einer Forststraße bergauf. Der Blick von oben ist zwar schön, aber mir hat der Aufstieg auf den Kasberg besser gefallen. Der Blick auf das Tote Gebirge ist von dort auch beeindruckender.
Not a particularly nice climb. Most of the time you go uphill on a forest road in a valley. The view from above is nice, but I liked the ascent to the Kasberg better. The view of the Dead Mountains is also more impressive from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bergtour hat es in sich, weil nach ca 1000 Höhenmeter schinderei erhält man einen fabelhaften Ausblick in in die Region. Da wir diese Wanderung im Herbst gingen, durften wir einen traumhaft gefärbten Blätterwald bewundern. Zuguterletzt weiß ich jetzt auch wo der Fluss Krems seinen Ursprung hat.
This mountain tour has it all, because after about 1000 meters of climbing you get a fabulous view of the region. Since we went this hike in autumn, we were able to admire a wonderfully colored forest of leaves. Last but not least, I now also know where the Krems River originates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aktuell noch sehr viel Schnee am Südhang, auch der Weg war teilweise zu suchen da schon ein paar Tage niemand oben war- die Mühen wurden jedoch wiedermal mit einer Grandiosen Aussicht belohnt!
Currently there is still a lot of snow on the southern slope, and the path had to be looked for in parts since no one had been up there for a few days - but the efforts were again rewarded with a great view!
