ein Produkt dass es so nicht mehr gibt.
Herr Mathias Kreil meldete sich sofort auf Anfrage und schon beim ersten Termin wurde das Problem behoben.
Sehr kompetent und äussert umsichtig.
Den Willkommenshonig von Neuhauser geniesse ich sehr.

20 min arbeit .... Tipp: Fenster/tür einschlagen ist billiger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetente Mitarbeiter, welche nicht klar sagen können was erforderlich ist für den Austausch eines defekten Zylinderschlosses. Zuerst wird ein Code verlangt. Abgeben. Dann beim zweiten Versuch fehlt eine Unterschrift. Abgegben. Am Schluss passt es wieder nicht, weil noch eine Sicherheitskarte verlangt wird und das alles für meine Eigentumswohnung.
Zeitverlust ohne Ende.
Werde es vermeiden in Zukunft dort überhaupt vorbeizulaufen.
Bin sehr enttäuscht
Incompetent employees who cannot clearly say what is required to replace a defective cylinder lock. First a code is requested. Hand over. Then on the second attempt a signature is missing. Hand in. In the end it doesn't fit again because a security card is required and all of that for my apartment.
Endless loss of time.
Will avoid walking past there at all in the future.
Am very disappointed
