Wir hatten einen Notfall und Bernd konnte uns sofort bereits am Telefon helfen und uns aus dieser misslichen Lage befreien. Sofort danach kam er persönlich vorbei obwohl er noch im Urlaub war und hat uns alles innerhalb von Minuten wieder repariert. Bester Service, Freundlichkeit und Konpetenz. Will dann sofort 35€ kassieren und als man sagt, dass man grad kein Bargeld bei der Hand hat, schickt er eine Rechnung mit einem 120% Aufschlag!! Ich rate dringends ab von diesem Schlüsseldienst.
