Ich Frage eine Mitarbeiterin, die ihr Namensschild verdeckt trägt, wo ich hin muss - 2x keine Antwort. Ich stehe in der Gegend herum, kenne mich nicht aus und niemand hilft. Als eben diese Mitarbeiterin mich dann doch noch ins Behandlung Stimmer begleitet, grüße ich sie - sie antwortet nicht. Muss das sein? Niemand ist gern im Spital, heißt es - offenbar gilt dies hier auch für das Personal. Wobei ich nur über den konkreten Fall etwas schreibe, ich hoffe, das bleibt ein Einzelfall! Man kann diesen Leuten gar nicht genug danken für ihr hingabevolles tun und wirken. Unsere Erfahrung war einfach top. Kudos to the wonderful ladies at Station 3A. Humanity, foresight and competence rule here. You can't thank these people enough for their dedication and work. Our experience was just great.
