B	Bianxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe es wenn notfälle vorgezogen werden aber mich 2 wochen auf einen termin warten zu lassen, dann mir nur sagen es könnte bisschen dauern und nach über einer stunde mir dann sagen es kommen noch einige vor mir und sie wissen nicht wie lang das dauert.. dann berechnet endlich mehr zeit ein für einen termin ein als eure 10minuten!!!! Fühle mich definitiv nicht wohl hier also werde ich wo anders hingehen. I understand when emergencies are brought forward, but to let me wait 2 weeks for an appointment, then just tell me it could take a while and after over an hour then tell me there are still some ahead of me and you don't know how long it will take .. then finally calculate more time for an appointment than your 10 minutes !! Definitely not comfortable here so I'll go somewhere else.
K	Karlo Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavillon 2b die HNO-Abteilung, für meiner einer einfach Spitze. Angerufen und für denn nächsten Tag einen Termin erhalten. Nach kurzer Wartezeit folgte eine Begutachtung in Perfektion. Der Diensthabende Medicus versteht sein Handwerk, nicht nur die Untersuchung sondern auch die Erklärung, sowie eine Lösung folgten vorbildlich. Ein Termin für die Problembehebung wurde auch zeitgleich gefunden. Meinerseits ein Chapeau für die Abteilung, die man leider im Keller versteckt. Einen Herzlichen Dank an SW - Isabella, die mit Humor die Terminvergabe toll Administriert. Pavilion 2b the ENT department, for my one simply great. Called and got an appointment for the next day. After a short waiting period, a perfection assessment followed. The medicus on duty knows his trade, not only the examination but also the explanation and a solution followed in an exemplary manner. An appointment to fix the problem was also found at the same time. For my part, a chapeau for the department that is unfortunately hidden in the basement. Many thanks to SW - Isabella, who administrates the appointments with great humor.
A	Athene Atlas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute 3 Sterne, würde 3,49 vergeben, aber nur wegen des Zimmers, für das Personal 4,5. Ich lag 3 Nächte nach einer Nasen-OP auf der Station. Die Ärztin:innen sind alle recht jung und haben auf mich einen leicht nervösen Eindruck gehabt, als wären sie noch ein wenig unsicher. Das fand ich aber gar nicht so schlimm. Die Pflege war sehr bemüht und super schnell da, wenn ich mal wieder eine Infusion gebraucht habe. Den Punktabzug gibt es einzig und allein für das 4-Bett-Zimmer, das ich mir mit 2 seeeeeehr lauten Männern teilen musste und einem weiteren, der auch so ruhig war wie ich. Ich konnte kaum schlafen. Das Essen war bemüht. Die Ambulanz-Wartezeit ist irre, hier ist einfach zu wenig Personal vorhanden Good 3 stars, would give 3.49 but only because of the room, 4.5 for the staff. I was in the ward for 3 nights after a nose job. The doctors are all quite young and gave me a slightly nervous impression, as if they were still a little unsure. But I didn't think it was that bad. Nursing was very helpful and super quick when I needed an infusion again. The point deduction is only for the 4-bed room, which I had to share with 2 very loud men and another one who was also as quiet as I was. I could hardly sleep. The food was hard. The ambulance waiting time is crazy, there are simply not enough staff here
