R	Renate Göttfried on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor einem Monat bei der Fa Kraly einen Doppelzylinder bestellt! Dieser wurde nie eingebaut da dieser Zylinder scheinbar nicht lieferbar war! Zahlreiche Telefonate, die unfreundlich waren folgten! Heute habe ich eine andere Schlosserei beauftragt, der Zylinder wurde sofort gewechselt ohne Theater! Noch dazu war der Schlosser sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das ganze dauerte plus Abfahrt genau eine Stunde, nicht ein Monat Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um ein normales Schloss handelt und nicht wie behauptet bestellt werden muss! Bin sehr enttäuscht über diese Kundenunfreundlichkeit A month ago we ordered a double cylinder from the Kraly company! This was never installed because this cylinder was apparently not available! Numerous phone calls that were unfriendly followed! Today I hired another locksmith's shop, the cylinder was changed immediately without a hitch! In addition, the locksmith was very friendly and helpful! The whole thing, plus departure, took exactly an hour, not a month I was told that it is a normal lock and does not have to be ordered as claimed! I am very disappointed with this lack of customer friendliness

"So kann i garnix damit anfangen!" Soll ich die ganze Haustür mitnehmen? Ich bin handwerklich nicht ganz ungeschickt und hab mich über das Produkt schon vorher etwas informiert. Und das Teil auch mit gehabt!! Hab letztendlich für die Recherchen und die Reparatur ca 2 Stunden benötigt und mir viel Geld erspart! Fazit: Ich wurde als unwissend hingestellt und habe dazugelernt! I am not completely unskilled in terms of my craftsmanship and have already found out a bit about the product beforehand. And had the part with me too !! In the end I needed about 2 hours for the research and the repair and saved me a lot of money! Conclusion: I was portrayed as ignorant and learned a lot!
