★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibts heute nur 1Punkt! Extrem unhöfliches Personal-man wird trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage in die falsche Richtung geschickt! An der Kassa und bei der Baustoffausgabe angeschnauzt und sogar angeschrien! Völlig unangemessenes Verhalten gegenüber einem treuen Stammkunden!War bisher ein treuer und solidarischer Kunde nach der Übernahme von Baumax…mich sieht dieser Baumarkt nie wieder!!!
 Unfortunately there is only 1 point today! Extremely rude staff - despite repeated requests, you are sent in the wrong direction! Snapped and even shouted at the cash desk and at the building materials dispenser! Completely inappropriate behavior towards a loyal regular customer! Was a loyal and solidarity customer after the takeover of Baumax ... this hardware store will never see me again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuschd. Warte am hinteren Kundenservice 30 Min. Nicht dass keiner da wäre, sondern ich wurde gut ignoriert. Auf Ansprache wird nur in einem Katalog geblättert. Der eine Mitarbeiter geht sage und schreibe 30 Min mit einem Heft in der Hand umher und immer wenn man etwas fragen will dreht er um!!! Zudem ist es auch sehr unhöflich beim Kundenservice hinten Tabletten hinzustellen mit der Aufschrift " Labere mich nicht voll Pillen"!! Sehr Kundenunfreundlich!!!! Zum Glück gibt es noch den Obi und Hornbach, weil das tue ich mir nicht noch einmal an. Zweimal jetzt erlebt und keine Lust auf ein drittes Mal.

One employee walks around with a notebook in his hand for no less than 30 minutes and whenever you want to ask something, he turns around! In addition, it is also very rude to put tablets in the back of the customer service department with the label "Don't talk me full of pills" !! Very unfriendly to the customer !!!! Fortunately there is still Obi and Hornbach, because I won't do that to myself again. Experienced twice now and not in the mood for a third time.
