★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde den Fitnesspark spitze!! Wer sich kein Fitnessstudio leisten will wird den park lieben lernen!! Man trainiert hauptsächlich mit den Körpergewicht aber wen man sich ein Trainingsband mitnimmt kann man noch gezielter trainieren.
Der Park ist immer offen also egal wann man gerade vorbei läuft oder fährt kann man dort sein training ergänzen.
I think the fitness park is great !! Those who don't want to afford a gym will learn to love the park !! You mainly train with your body weight, but if you take a training band with you, you can train more specifically.
The park is always open, so no matter when you are walking or driving by, you can complete your training there.
