★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute mein erstes Probetraining,was übrigens gratis ist,und bin von der Beratung und von der freundlichen Aufnahme durch die Inhaberin Waltraud Rohrhofer echt begeistert.Durch ein ausführliches Gespräch und ausfüllen eines Fragebogens,bekommt man dann die passenden Übungen gezeigt.Diese werden wirklich bestens erklärt und ohne Stress gezeigt.Es wird nicht nur mit Geräten gearbeitet,sondern es werden auch Yoga,Pilates,Übungen mit dem Teraband Usw.gezeigt,auf die körperliche Verfassung abgestimmt.
Das Studio selbst ist klein,aber es geht einem nichts ab.Umkleide und Duschmöglichkeiten vorhanden.Ich war heute wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und habe mich deswegen auch für dieses Studio entschieden.
Parkplatzmöglichkeiten genügend vorhanden.
Had my first trial today, which is free, by the way, and am really impressed by the advice and the friendly reception by the owner Waltraud Rohrhofer. Through a detailed conversation and completing a questionnaire, you get then shown the appropriate exercises. These are really great explained and displayed without stress. It is not only worked with equipment, but it is also Yoga, Pilates, exercises with the Teraband Etc. shown, matched to the physical condition.
The studio itself is small, but it does not matter.Umkleide and shower facilities vorhanden.Ich was really very positively surprised today and have therefore decided on this studio.
Parking available enough.
