I trained there for several years and I am satisfied with this gym. Fair gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Eigentümer, für den verfügbaren Platz hat es eine gute Auswahl an Geräten, Sauberkeit passt. Wenn man nur für eine kurze Weile vor Ort ist, kann man nach Absprache auch kurze Abos in Anspruch nehmen (z.B. 1 Monat, ist dann halt dementsprechend teurer).
Persönlich fehlt mir ein Bereich, in dem man mehr mit Körpergewicht arbeiten kann (z.B. ein Aufbau zum Hangeln, TRX).
Wäre toll, wenn Lustenau mehr solche Fitnesshallen hätte.
Friendly owners, for the space available it has a good range of equipment, cleanliness fits. If you are only on site for a short while, you can also take advantage of short subscriptions by arrangement (e.g. 1 month, is then correspondingly more expensive).
Personally, I am missing an area in which one can work more with body weight (e.g. a structure for shackling, TRX).
It would be great if Lustenau had more such fitness halls.
