P	Ph R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten mal: Angebot -> Reperatur -> Rechnung per Post, natürlich hat es mehr ausgemacht. Auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort dass das Angebot ein Netto Preis war. Unglaubliche Frechheit. Beim Zweiten Mal: wollte ich nur wissen was alles gemacht werden muss damit ich das Pickel bekomme und dazu ein Angebot. Ich holte das Auto wieder ab. 1 Woche später kommt eine Rechnung mit 60 Euro ins Haus geflattert, für ein Negativgutachten. Nie mehr wieder. At the first time: Offer -> repair -> invoice by post, of course it mattered more. When asked, the answer was that the offer was a net price. Incredible cheek. The second time: I just wanted to know what has to be done so that I can get the pimple and an offer. I picked up the car again. 1 week later, an invoice with 60 euros arrives in the house for a negative report. Never again.
R	Rapo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich stand cirka 5-10 minuten draußen es war keine kundschaft da eine dame war bei der Anmeldung sie hatte das fenster offen sie stand auch dort und hat mich gesehen sie war die ganze zeit am telefonieren über private dinge was nichts mit der werstatt zu tun hatte, die hat mich weder begrüßt noch hat sie gesagt dass sie keine zeit hätte usw. Einfach nur unhöflich bis zum gehtnichtmehr I stood about 5-10 minutes outside there was no clientele because there was a lady at the registration she had the window open she was also there and saw me she was on the phone all the time about private things that had nothing to do with the workshop , she neither greeted me nor said that she had no time etc. Just rude until it no longer worked

Ein Lager der Wasserpumpe wurde defekt (Siehe Bilder :-(). Vom Hotel Meindl wurde uns diese Reparaturwerkstätte empfohlen. Sehr freundliche, kompetente und bemühte Leute dort - sowohl im Büro, als auch in der Werkstatt! War mit dem Fahrzeug vor Ort so gegen 9:00 Uhr. Sachkundige Diagnose, Ersatzteilbestellung erfolgt umgehend. Um 15:00 Uhr sind wir vom Hof gefahren weiter Richtung Italien. Ich kann nur sagen: Sehr freundliche Leute, super Service, absolute Flexibilität! Vielen Dank dem Team von Kfz.Max-Moosbrugger! Alles Gute! We were on tour to Italy with our "Youngtimer" convertible (Mercedes Benz SLK R170 (year of construction 1998). A bearing of the water pump was defective (see pictures :-(). Hotel Meindl recommended this repair shop to us. Very friendly, competent and Hard-working people there - both in the office and in the workshop! Was with the vehicle on site around 9:00 am Expert diagnosis, spare parts will be ordered immediately. At 3:00 pm we drove from the farm to Italy. I can just say: Very friendly people, great service, absolute flexibility! Thank you very much to the Kfz.Max-Moosbrugger team! All the best!
