★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht so seriös und kompetent wie man es sich vorstellt, wenn doch ein Hautarzt am Kosmetikstudio ‚dranhängt‘. Ich war nicht zufrieden und werde definitiv nicht mehr kommen. Schade um das viele Geld!
Unfortunately not as serious and competent as you might imagine, when a dermatologist is 'attached' to the cosmetic studio. I was not satisfied and will definitely not come again. It's a shame about all the money!

You rarely reach someone on the phone, and they're not really friendly either. Long waiting times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versucht 45 min im Programm einen Termin zu bekommen hatte kein Chance Server vom Unternehmen hatte keine verbindung dann nach ca. 60 min einen freien Termin gebucht dann eine Absage. Kein Interesse mein Geld bei dem Arzt
Attempted to get an appointment in the program for 45 minutes had no chance Server from the company had no connection then booked a free appointment after about 60 minutes then a rejection. No interest in my money with the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fangen wir von Anfang an. Die Dame bei der telefonischen Terminvereinbarung ist sehr lieb und versucht einem so schnell wie möglich zu helfen, wenn es um Schmerzen oder etwas dringendes geht. Man bekommt innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen einen Termin!
Ist doch toll!
Die Ärzte/innen sind Top und der Rest des Teams genauso! Die Wartezeiten sind such nicht lang, weil es gut organisiert ist. Die Ordination ist sehr sauber und modern.
Vielen Dank nochmal an alle!
Let's start from the beginning. The lady who made the appointment by phone is very nice and tries to help you as quickly as possible if you are in pain or something urgent. You can get an appointment within 1-2 days!
It's great!
The doctors are great and so is the rest of the team! The waiting times are not long because it is well organized. The office is very clean and modern.
