Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung drum habe ich auch den langen Weg in Kauf genommen. In Jänner habe ich einen Termin absagen müssen, weil ich Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule hatte. Dann wochenlang versuchte ich einen neuen Behandlungstermin telefonisch zu vereinbaren. Ich machte mir Sorgen, dass Ihr etwas passierte aber stellte sich heraus, dass Frau Nikiel meine Anrufe absichtlich ignorierte. Als Sie dann zufällig abgehoben hat war sehr böse dass ich so oft anrufe. Sie sagte ich soll nie mehr anrufen. Einfach so- ohne Erklärung warum. Mein Beitrag soll andere Kunden warnen: was mir passierte, kann immer wieder passieren WARNING: I was a loyal customer of Mrs. Nikiel for 32 years. Once a month I enjoyed cosmetic treatment and sometimes with microdermabrasion. I was always very satisfied with the treatment, so I put up with the long journey. In January I had to cancel an appointment because I had problems with my spine. Then for weeks I tried to arrange a new treatment appointment by phone. I was worried something was going to happen to her but it turned out that Ms. Nikiel was deliberately ignoring my calls. When you picked it up by chance, I was very angry that I called so often. She said never to call again. Just like that, no explanation why. My post is to warn other customers: what happened to me can always happen again
