★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualität von Minolta ok. Service Schrott. Es sollte eine Belichtungseinheit automatisch kommen. Pustekuchen. Drucker steht... und das obwohl man 100te Auftragspapiere drucken sollte. Man könne es ja selber holen meinte die Dame am Telefon oder es wird per Express auf nächsten oder vielleicht übernächsten Tag gesendet. Und höflich geht anders. Die Dame am Telefon ist nicht wirklich freundlich, klang eher genervt. Wenn ein Fehler seitens Minolta oder anderer Partner besteht sollte man doch erwarten können das man dann wenigstens höflich am Telefon ist. Laut Aussage hat das System ausgelöst die Belichtungseinheit wurde aber nicht versandt!!!!!!
Minolta quality ok. Service scrap. An exposure unit should come automatically. Nope. Printer is ... even though you should print 100th order paper. You could get it yourself, the lady said on the phone, or it would be sent by express the next day or maybe the day after next. And politely it works differently. The lady on the phone is not really friendly, sounded rather annoyed. If there is a mistake on the part of Minolta or other partners, you should be able to expect that you will at least be polite on the phone. According to the statement, the system has triggered, but the imaging unit was not dispatched !!!!!!
