Der Fußweg dorthin ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen als Wanderung für den Seelenfrieden ??? A dream: perfect location, hosts very friendly and accommodating and the food is wonderful. The walk there also highly recommended as a walk for peace of mind ???
O	Omba Labomba (omba_de) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Kolmhaus, unterhalb des Brandberger Kolm gelegen, liegt auf gut 1800 Höhenmetern und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Ahornspitze, den Olperer, den Tristner und viele viele weitere Berggipfel. Man kann sich an Bergen gar nicht satt sehen. Zu erreichen ist es zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Per ebike ist’s von Mayrhofen aus in knapp 2h zu erreichen. (Erst in Richtung Brandberg und da muss man die Beschilderung in Richtung Kolmhaus suchen. - es geht ganz durch den Ort hindurch und am Ende noch weiter. Bis zu ein paar weiteren Häusern. Da geht’s dann links rauf) Das Kolmhaus hat eine Gaststube und einee schöne Terasse. Hier ist Platz für einige Menschen. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und die Preise moderat. Tip: das Schnitzel ist fantastisch. Der Erdäpfelsalat hatte genug Pfeffer, war aber dennoch sehr lecker und die Portion Granten (Preißelbeeren) ist ausreichend fürs Schnitzel. Und das ganze bei der Aussicht: absolut Empfehlenswert! The Kolmhaus, located below the Brandberger Kolm, is at a good 1800 meters above sea level and offers a fantastic view of the Ahornspitze, the Olperer, the Tristner and many, many other mountain peaks. You can't get enough of mountains. It can be reached on foot or by Bike. It can be reached in just under 2 hours from Mayrhofen by ebike. (First in the direction of Brandberg and there you have to look for the signs in the direction of Kolmhaus. - It goes right through the village and at the end even further. Up to a few more houses. Then you go up to the left) The Kolmhaus has a dining room and a nice terrace. There is room for some people here. The service is very friendly and the prices moderate. Tip: the schnitzel is fantastic. The potato salad had enough pepper, but was still very tasty and the portion of granten (cranberries) is sufficient for the schnitzel. And the whole thing with the view: Highly Recommended!

Magnifiek uitzicht na de geleverde prestatie. Cycled to with the Ebike. Good surface to it. Friendly people in the cabin and a reasonable choice on the menu. Magnificent view after the performance.

Wundere Aussicht und eine absolut gelungene Terrasse. Einfach top! Very friendly staff. The food and drinks were very good and the portions, including the prices, were fair and reasonable. Wonderful view and an absolutely successful terrace. Simply great!
C	Christian Sommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das 1845 m hochgelegende kolmhaus kann man gut als Ausflugsziel in eine Rundwanderung einbauen, um ziemlich genau zur Hälfte des Weges dort einzukehren. Man wird nicht nur mit einer super tollen Aussicht belohnt, sondern auch mit einem leckeren Essen. Das super freundliche Personal nimmt auch gerne Sonderwünsche entgegen. So hatte ich eine mit Schinken und Käse gemischte Brotzeit. Von mir gerne dafür 5 Sterne. The 1845 m high kolmhaus can be built into a circular hike as a destination, so that you can stop there almost exactly half the way. You will not only be rewarded with a great view, but also with a delicious meal. The super friendly staff is also happy to accept special requests. So I had a snack mixed with ham and cheese. I would like 5 stars for that.
